Saudi-backed militants bombard school in Taiz

TAIZ, Aug. 12 (YPA) – The Saudi-backed militants, on Wednesday, targeted the vicinity of the 14 October School in the Al-Abous area of ​​Hayfan district in Taiz Governorate with artillery shelling.

This attack comes days after a similar shelling targeted students of the Musab Bin Omair School in Sabr Al-Mawadim district as they were returning home, resulting in the death of a fifth-grade student and injuries to her brother.

These repeated attacks raise increasing concerns for the safety of students and civilians in the targeted areas, as shelling continues in several areas of the governorate.
