Israeli occupation forces begin demolishing two inhabited homes in Bethlehem

WEST BANK, Aug. 05 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces began demolishing two inhabited Palestinian homes, on Wednesday, in the Qurnat al-Da’mas area of ​​Nahalin, west of Bethlehem.

Local sources reported that the occupation army stormed the area with vehicles and bulldozers and demolished two two-story homes belonging to Ahmad Muhammad Najajra and Muhammad Yusuf Awad under the pretext of lack of permits, despite their evacuation a week ago after their owners received notices to that effect.

The sources explained that the demolition comes within a previous decision that includes 14 homes and structures in Nahalin, some of which the occupation forces have already demolished.

In a related development, Israeli occupation forces evacuated another house in the town of Al-Maniya, south of Bethlehem.
