Sanaa warns Saudi regime against attempts to hide behind surrogates
SANAA, July 13 (YPA) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in Sanaa issued on Sunday a statement urging the Saudi regime to abandon what it described as a stance of injustice, tyranny, and arrogance, and to adopt principles of justice and equity.
In its statement, the Ministry cautioned the Saudi regime to recognize that the years of the blockade on Yemen have conclusively ended.
The Ministry indicated that any reckless step taken by the Saudi regime—whether directly or through its proxies—in an attempt to entrench the blockade on Sanaa International Airport, would leave Riyadh solely responsible for the consequences. It added that “Saudi attempts to hide behind its surrogates and tools are now more exposed than ever.”
Concluding the statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that any such escalation by the Saudi regime would be considered a final blow to the current de-escalation phase and the ongoing ceasefire.
