Iran’s commander vows revenge against US, Israeli entity
TEHRAN, July 04 (YPA) – Commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy, Admiral Ali Ozmaei, asserted that divine retribution against the terrorist United States and the illegitimate Zionist entity is imminent.
The official Iranian news agency, IRNA, quoted Ozmaei on Saturday as saying in a message commemorating the funeral of the late Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei: “Today, we do not bid farewell, but rather renew our pledge of allegiance; we renew it to his steadfast principles, his unwavering resolve, his profound faith, and to that path which extended from the depths of his pure heart to the bright horizons of the future.”
“Let the arrogant tyrants and their paid lackeys know that with this desperate act, they have never hindered the march of truth. Rather, they have inscribed themselves among the wretched of history, and they now stand humbled and defeated before the court of divine justice, facing the overwhelming wrath and harsh vengeance that awaits them at the hands of the sons of this noble nation”, he continued.
Admiral Ozmaei added: “I, along with all the valiant forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy and the guardians of the strategic Strait of Hormuz, pledge to God Almighty to continue the path of the martyred Imam for the nation, following the example of the righteous martyrs, with unwavering strength and determination.”
“We are completely confident and firmly certain that divine retribution against terrorist America and the illegitimate Zionist entity is not far off, and that the banner of truth will remain raised high on the peaks of glory and power in the hands of his worthy successor.” Ozmaei continued his message. “The name and memory of our martyred Imam will remain immortal and inscribed in the annals of those who forged the epic of the unified Islamic nation.”
Iranian Ministry of Intelligence: Revenge for the Blood of the Martyred Leader is Inevitable
The Iranian Ministry of Intelligence issued a statement on the occasion of the farewell and funeral ceremonies for Sayyid Ali Khamenei, asserting that the American-Israeli enemy committed “the greatest crime and terrorist conspiracy in contemporary history” by assassinating the martyred leader.
The ministry stressed in its statement that the hearts of the Iranian people and freedom-loving people worldwide “will not find solace except in avenging the perpetrators of this crime,” affirming that retribution for the blood of the martyred leader and the oppressed martyrs is inevitable.
For his part, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian noted that the martyred Ayatollah Ali Khamenei stood against all powers and defended the independence and freedom of Iran and Muslims.
Earlier, Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi also stated that “the martyred leader of the revolution always desired dignity and honor for Iran and Iranians, a fact acknowledged by both friend and foe.”
