Saddam Hussein’s family rejects claims of “secret daughter” in Yemen

AMMAN, July 03 (YPA) –Raghad Saddam Hussein has issued an official statement rejected what she described as false claims circulating on social media and in some media outlets about a woman alleging she is Saddam Hussein’s secret daughter

In the statement posted on her official social media account, Raghad said the family has repeatedly denied the allegations. She described the documents supporting the claim as forged and dismissed as false the assertion that the woman had stayed in a house belonging to her family in Yemen, saying the property belongs to the family of her late uncle, Sabawi Ibrahim al-Hassan.

Raghad called on the public to verify information before sharing it and urged people to rely on official sources rather than social media rumors.

She also appealed to Yemenis not to allow what she described as fabricated stories to create division or unrest.

The statement concluded with a prayer for unity and protection from discord.
