Two young Palestinian men killed inside occupied territories

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, July 01 (YPA) – Two young Palestinian men were killed in separate shootings in the occupied territories on Wednesday morning.

One of the young men was killed in the city of Shafa’amr , while the other, from Basma Tab’un, was killed inside his vehicle in a parking lot at a shopping mall.

This brings the death toll from homicides in the occupied territories to eight since the beginning of the week, amid a continuing wave of violence in Arab towns.

With this latest killing, the total number of homicide victims in the Arab community since the beginning of the year has risen to 139, as violence and organized crime continue to escalate. The Israeli government and police are being accused of failing to take effective measures to curb this phenomenon.
