OCCUPIED PALESTINE, May 18 (YPA) – Hebrew Channel 13 has reported a notable shift in Hezbollah’s operations, saying the group has adopted a “pursuit and attrition” tactics against Israeli occupation forces.
According to the report, Hezbollah recently carried out a complex operation involving a booby-trap ambush that precisely targeted an Israeli unit, resulting in injuries to four soldiers.
The channel said the group has returned to guerrilla warfare tactics based on small, highly effective combat units.
The report warned that any expansion of operations northward toward the Nabatieh Heights could expose Israeli forces to attacks by explosive-laden drones, which were described by a commander in the Sayeret Givati unit as “highly advanced and extremely dangerous technology.”
It added that Israeli air defense systems have yet to develop an effective solution for detecting or intercepting such drones.
