NABLUS, May 14 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces closed a charitable association in Nablus on Thursday morning.
Palestinian sources reported an Israeli military force stormed Abdul Rahim Mahmoud Street in the city, raided the Madid Charitable Association, searched it, caused damage to its contents, and issued an order to shut it down.
The sources added the measure was issued by the so-called “regional commander” in the occupation army for the “security” of occupation forces.
Israeli occupation authorities have increasingly targeted charitable and civil society organizations across the occupied West Bank as part of a broader policy aimed at restricting services provided to Palestinians, despite these associations primarily serving poor and marginalized communities.
