Palestinian “Mujahideen” movement condemn international silence regarding Israeli enemy’s crimes against female prisoners
Gaza, May 4 (YPA) – The Palestinian Mujahideen Movement condemned on Monday the international silence regarding the crimes of the Israeli enemy against Palestinian prisoners, particularly the female prisoners in the Zionist Damon prison, who are subjected to systematic violations.
In a statement, the movement explained that the violations include repression, abuse, and isolation, within a systematic Zionist policy targeting prisoners in the absence of any international accountability.
It added that testimonies from inside Damon prison reveal harsh repressive policies ranging from physical assault and deliberate humiliation to restraint and solitary confinement, reflecting a blatant disregard for international and humanitarian laws and the criminal mentality of the fascist enemy government.
The statement affirmed that the enemy will not succeed in breaking the will of the prisoners despite its systematic policies, noting that the male and female prisoners continue their steadfast resistance, and that their will for freedom is stronger than the tools of oppression and abuse.
The Mujahideen Movement called for the broadest campaign of solidarity and support for the prisoners and the activation of all means of pressure to end these violations and secure the freedom of the male and female prisoners.
