Lebanese Resistance targets gathering of Israeli army soldiers, vehicles in southern Lebanon

BEIRUT, May 3 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy vehicles and soldiers in the town of Bayadiyah in occupied southern Lebanon on Sunday.

In a statement, the resistance explained that the targeting was in defense of Lebanon and its people and in response to the Israeli enemy’s violation of the ceasefire and attacks on villages in southern Lebanon, resulting in martyrs and several wounded of civilians.

The statement indicated that at 11:30 AM, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of vehicles and soldiers in the town of Bayadiyah with a raid, achieving a confirmed hit.

The Resistance affirmed the continuation of its military operations in response to the Israeli enemy’s continued violation of understandings and aggression against Lebanese sovereignty.
