SANAA, April. 09 (YPA) – Navigation data revealed active movement of US Air Force military cargo and refueling aircraft toward the Middle East region, despite the ceasefire agreement with Iran.
Earlier, the commander of U.S. Central Command said, “We have temporarily halted our offensive operations against Iran in compliance with the ceasefire.”
“We have destroyed Iran’s missile, naval, and drone capabilities, its defense industrial base, and our core strategic military objectives in Iran have been achieved,” he added.
He continued, “We have destroyed Iran’s ability to conduct large-scale military operations for years to come, and we have accomplished the mission of dismantling the Iranian regime’s ability to project military power beyond its borders. Iran has suffered its greatest military defeat in a generation, and we have eliminated Iran’s conventional military capabilities built up over 40 years.”
He also said, “We have conducted more than 13,000 successful strikes against Iranian military targets, and our forces remain in the Middle East on high alert and ready to act if called upon. We continue to support our regional partners to maintain the world’s largest air defense capabilities.”
