Demonstrations held in several Moroccan cities on anniversary of Palestinian “Land Day”

RABAT, March. 30 (YPA) – Thousands of Moroccans participated in demonstrations and sit-ins in several Moroccan cities in support of the Palestinian people and to condemn the closure of Al-Aqsa Mosque on the 50th anniversary of Palestinian “Land Day.”

The cities that witnessed these sit-ins included Casablanca, Safi, Marrakech, Meknes, Agadir, and Taourirt.

Participants raised banners such as “Steadfastness in the Face of Genocide and Displacement” and “We Are All Palestinians,” declaring their support for the Palestinian resistance.

The participants also called for continued support for the Palestinian cause, which is going through a difficult period, and their chants included “Long Live Palestine, Long Live Jerusalem” and “Whether Today or Tomorrow, Liberation is Inevitable.”
