BEIRUT, March 23 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, Hezbollah, announced the execution of a series of intensive military operations targeting Israeli enemy positions, artillery emplacements, and troop gatherings along the Lebanese-Palestinian border, asserting that this comes “in defense of Lebanon and its people.”
The operations included extensive missile and drone strikes, most notably targeting the Dovev, Avivim, and Zar’it barracks with drones and missile barrages, bombing troop concentrations in Tel Abu Madi, the vicinity of Naqoura municipality, and the vicinity of Taybeh town with a precision missile, in addition to targeting Nimr al-Jamal and the Naqoura school, and repeated shelling of the settlements of Manara, Metula, and Kiryat Shmona, along with artillery emplacements near the Marj site.
Hezbollah confirmed in its statement that these operations come in response to the ongoing attacks and within the framework of defending Lebanese territory in light of the current escalation.
