TEHRAN, March 23 (YPA) – The Iranian Foreign Ministry categorically denied claims by US President Donald Trump that there were “fruitful” negotiations between Washington and Tehran to reach a comprehensive solution to the hostilities in the region.
The Foreign Ministry stressed that Iran adheres to its position of rejecting any kind of talks before achieving all of its war objectives.
In the same context, a security source confirmed to the Fars News Agency that there were no direct or indirect negotiations, considering that Trump’s decision to postpone the military strikes came after he realized that the Iranian response would target all energy stations in the region.
