Yemen’s Astronomical Society announces date of Eid al-Fitr

SANAA, March 11 (YPA) – The Astronomical Society of Yemen announced on Tuesday the date of Eid al-Fitr.

In a statement issued by the society, a copy of which was obtained by Yemen Press Agency, it confirmed that Friday, March 20, 2026, will be the first day of Eid al-Fitr, marking the beginning of Shawwal in the year 1447 AH.
