Yemen Religious Scholars denounces American-Zionist aggression against Iran

SANAA, Feb. 28 (YPA) – The Association of Yemeni Religious Scholars strongly denounced on Saturday the American-Zionist aggression against Iran, calling on Arab and Islamic nations to mobilize public support and take immediate action in solidarity with Iran and in opposition to the attackers.

In a statement, the association asserted that the Zionist entity, along with American and foreign military bases in the region, represents a serious threat to regional security and stability.

It claimed that the attack on Iran is part of a broader plan aimed at dominating the region and undermining its sovereignty.

The association stated that religious, legal, and moral principles require standing firmly with the Islamic Republic of Iran in defending its territory and national unity. It praised the vigilance of the Iranian Armed Forces and the Revolutionary Guards, highlighting their swift response and strikes on American bases in the region.

According to the statement, Iran’s response serves as a warning that any aggression against the country will be met with determination and resilience. It added that the so-called axis of resistance is capable of countering what it views as American and Zionist expansionist ambitions, and affirmed that this stance will continue on military, political, and popular levels.

The association stressed the need for greater unity among Arab and Islamic nations and for increased political and public support for Iran to counter external plans and safeguard national sovereignty and regional stability.
