Several Palestinians detained during Israeli raids in West Bank, East Quds (Jerusalem)

WEST BANK, Feb. 05 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces arrested several Palestinians early Thursday during a series of raids across multiple cities and towns in the occupied West Bank and East Quds (Jerusalem).

Palestinian sources reported that Sheikh Hatem Qafisha was detained after Israeli occupation forces raided his home in the southern West Bank city of Hebron.

In southern Hebron, a resident from the Qanan Al-Tawil area of Yatta was also arrested during a wide-scale raid.

In northern East occupied Quds, the occupation forces arrested a Palestinian teenager from the town of Anata, along with four other young men, during a continued raid in the area.

Additional arrests included a young man whose home was raided in Qalqilya, and a former prisoner from the town of Zita Jamain, south of Nablus.

In Ramallah Governorate, two young men were detained after their homes in the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of the city, were raided.

These arrests come amid an ongoing escalation of daily Israeli raids across West Bank towns and occupied East Jerusalem, often involving home invasions, property damage, and the detention of Palestinians, reflecting a persistent policy of restrictions on the local population.
