Report: 55 killed, 170 injured in Saudi-led airstrikes over 24 hours

SANAA, Aug. 3 (YPA) – At least 55 civilians, including 3 children, were killed and 170 were injured, including 9 children,

when Saudi-led coalition launched airstrikes and ground attacks on fish market and Thawra hospital in Hodeidah and others provinces during the past 24 hours, according to reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Friday.

  • In Hodeidah province:

3 children and 52 civilians were killed, 9 children and 161 civilians injured in airstrikes on fish market and Thawra hospital.

Two airstrikes also hit fish market.

Two airstrikes were waged on a car, carrying wounded civilians, in Marawaa area.

Three airstrikes on Kilo-16 area of Hali district.

  • In Saada province:

Three airstrikes hit Baqem border district.

Artillery and missile shells targeted residential areas of Razih district.

  • In Jawf province:

Four airstrikes hit Ghail district.

A Saudi-led airstrike was waged on Maslup district.
