Zionist army continues its violations of ceasefire in Gaza

GAZA, Jan. 25 (YPA) -The Israeli occupation army continues its violations of the ceasefire agreement on its 107th day, across various areas of the Gaza Strip.

According to Palestinian sources, Israeli warplanes carried out three airstrikes early Sunday targeting the eastern neighborhoods of Al-Tuffah in Gaza City.

This morning, Israeli tanks opened heavy fire near Ramzoun Al-Sanfor, Al-Sikka Street, and Al-Safa Mosque in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

The occupation army also detonated an explosive-laden robot in the vicinity of Al-Batsh Cemetery, east of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in eastern Gaza City.

Artillery shelling, accompanied by gunfire, targeted areas east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

Israeli naval boats also opened fire toward fishermen off the coast of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

Over the past 24 hours, Israeli violations have resulted in the killing of four citizens and injuries to others in different parts of the Strip.

The ongoing daily violations take place as political efforts continue to advance the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement.
