Palestinian youth injured as Israeli raid on Nur Shams camp continues

TULKARM, Dec. 20 (YPA) – A Palestinian youth was injured by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire on Saturday near the Nur Shams camp, east of Tulkarm, amid ongoing military incursions into the area.

Local sources reported that Israeli forces stationed around the camp’s western entrance fired live ammunition at the young man, wounding him in the legs. He was subsequently transported to Thabet Thabet Government Hospital for treatment.

The Israeli military operation in Nur Shams has entered its 315th consecutive day, characterized by a tight siege and restricted movement for residents. The ongoing aggression has caused extensive damage to civilian infrastructure, homes, and businesses, while occupation forces continue to block camp entrances with earth mounds and iron gates.
