Israeli occupation forces launch series of raids on southern Lebanon

BEIRUT, Dec. 09 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation army launched on Tuesday a series of airstrikes on 13 targets in southern Lebanon, in a continued violation of the ceasefire agreement.

Local sources and media reported that the occupation aircraft carried out focused raids, striking the areas of Jabal Safi area and Iqlim al-Tuffah area in southern Lebanon, in addition to targeting Wadi Azza, which lies between the districts of Nabatiyeh and Sidon.

The National News Agency reported intense overflights by Israeli warplanes in the southern skies, noting that the aircraft also conducted mock raids by breaking the sound barrier.
