Germany lifts restrictions on arms exports to “Israel”

BERLIN, Nov. 17 (YPA) – Germany announced on Monday that it ended restrictions on arms exports to “Israel”, which it had imposed last August because of the Gaza war.

German government spokesman Stephan Cornelius told the German Press Agency (dpa) that the decision would take effect on November 24.

More than a month after a ceasefire agreement was reached in the Gaza Strip, Israeli occupation pressured Germany to lift restrictions on arms exports to it.
