Meteorology issues warnings to citizens regarding cold weather

SANAA, Nov. 17 (YPA) – The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning warned citizens, on Monday, especially the elderly, children, and those working during the evening and morning hours in the governorates and mountainous highlands, of cold weather.

According to the weather bulletin, the center advised farmers in mountainous areas to take the necessary measures to protect their crops.

It warned those coming to cold areas of the need to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves from the cold.

The center also warned citizens in areas where rainfall is expected of thunderstorms during rainfall and of reduced visibility.
