Security belt leader injured by army fire in Lahj

LAHJ, July 31 (YPA) – A leader of so-called security belt forces was injured by the fires of Yemen army in Lahj province, a military official told Yemen press agency on Tuesday.

The leader, Sameer Al-Faqih, and a number of his companions were injured when the army launched an offensive on Saudi-backed militiamen’s sites in Shuraijah front.

The offensive inflicted the militiamen heavy losses in lives and equipment.
