Sanaa warns Saudi regime, urges it to abandon hostile approach toward Yemen
SANAA, Nov. 11 (YPA) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Sanaa government on Tuesday warned the Saudi regime against continuing its “hostile approach” toward Yemen, stressing the necessity for Riyadh to review its policies and seriously engage with peace efforts to end “the aggression and blockade.”
In a statement issued today, the ministry asserted that Riyadh’s continued harboring of ill will toward the Yemeni people undermines regional security and stability.
The ministry pointed to the confessions of the recently captured spy cell, which confirmed being fully trained and financed by the Saudi regime, as proof of Riyadh’s lack of seriousness in moving toward peace.
The statement affirmed that the Yemeni people will not stand idly by and will continue to defend their sovereignty and national dignity by all legitimate means.
The ministry urged the international community to condemn the egregious violations of Yemeni sovereignty and support efforts aimed at achieving security, stability, and ending the aggression and blockade.
