Al-Qassam Brigades confirm commitment to Gaza ceasefire

GAZA, Oct. 16 (YPA) – The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, affirmed the Palestinian resistance’s commitment to what was agreed upon, and handed over all the living captives it had and the bodies it could reach.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Brigades said: ” As for the remaining bodies, they require great efforts and special equipment to search for and extract them, and we are making a great effort to close this file.”

Earlier in the day, Al-Qassam Brigades handed over two bodies of Israeli captives in the Gaza Strip at 10:00 PM local time

Last Thursday, the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) had announced that an agreement had been reached to end the war on Gaza, including the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces, the entry of aid, and a prisoner exchange.
