Al-Mashat calls on Saudi regime to end “aggression, siege” on Yemen
SANAA, Oct. 13 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council in Sanaa, Mahdi Al-Mashat, on Monday called on the Saudi regime to move from the de-escalation phase to end the “aggression, siege, and occupation” and implement the requirements for peace in Yemen.
This came during his speech on the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the October 14 Revolution.
President Al-Mashat addressed Riyadh, stating, “Ending the aggression, siege, and occupation, and implementing peace requirements is the closest solution to block the path of those who invest in wars among the sons of our nation to serve Israel.”
Al-Mashat also asserted that America exploits all regional sensitivities for the sake of the “Israeli enemy.”
Regarding the situation in Gaza, Al-Mashat stressed that Yemen will remain in a state of full vigilance and readiness, continuing the close and careful monitoring of the implementation of the agreement related to ending the aggression and delivering aid.
He affirmed that Yemen is ready to respond to any development concerning the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
