Ben-Gvir leads Israeli settlers in storming Al-Aqsa Mosque

Quds, Oct. 08 (YPA) – Hundreds of Zionist settlers led by extremist Itamar Ben Gvir, continued on Wednesday to desecrate the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque in the occupied city of Jerusalem, under protection of Israeli occupation forces

According to Palestainain sources, the settlers, led by the extremist Ben Gvir, stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque from the Mughrabi Gate, conducted provocative tours, and performed Talmudic rituals, coinciding with the second day of the Jewish holiday of Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles).

The settlers carried plant offerings in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem as part of their religious rituals for celebrating the holiday.

These incursions come in response to calls made by so-called “Temple Mount organizations” to storm Al-Aqsa throughout the days of the Sukkot holiday, which continues until next Monday.

The groups pledged to provide transportation, refreshments, and guides during the incursions.
