Ansarallah leaders: Hamas’ response to ‘Trump plan’ is “balanced, strong”

SANAA, Oct. 04 (YPA) – Senior members within the Political Bureau of the Ansarallah movement praised Hamas’s response to the proposed “Trump Plan,” asserting that it was delivered from a position of strength and preserves the fundamental principles of the Palestinian people.

Hizam Al-Assad, a member of the Political Bureau, stated that the Hamas response was “practically balanced” and safeguards the achievements of the resistance and the sacrifices of the people.

He added that the movement offered “Trump” “a chance to come down from the tree” (an idiomatic expression meaning to back down or retreat from a difficult position).

Al-Assad indicated that Hamas continues to confront the Israeli occupation with force, firing rockets as if the battle were just beginning.

For his part, Mohammed Al-Farah, also a Political Bureau member, described the response as “responsible” and “realistic and implementable.” He noted that it demonstrates Hamas’s keenness to halt the aggression and starvation, protect Gaza, facilitate prisoner exchanges, and maintain national unity.

Al-Farah warned that any subsequent Israeli escalation aims to complete the genocide and starve the Palestinian people, stressing that the full responsibility for such actions lies with “the United States and Israel.”
