Two militants killed in Taiz clashes
TAIZ, Oct. 03 (YPA) – Clashes erupted on Thursday in the Adeem area of al-Shamayatayn district of Taiz between Islah-affiliated elements and tribal gunmen.
According to local sources, the clashes followed accusations from a number of residents of the Al-Zariqa area of being behind the assassination of the deputy head of the security campaign, Mohammed Al-Rumaih, who was killed on Wednesday in the city of Al-Turbah, the district’s capital in Taiz province
The violent clashes, which extended to the Adeem and Al-Quraisha divisions, resulted in the deaths of two members of the Fourth and Seventh Brigades, both loyal to Islah Party.
