Hamas condemns brutal Zionist aggression on Yemen

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Sept. 10 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) condemned, on Wednesday, in the strongest terms the barbaric Zionist aggression on Yemeni territory, which targeted the capital, Sanaa, and Jawf Governorate, killing and wounding a number of innocent civilians.

In a statement, the movement considered this barbaric aggression a blatant violation of international law, an assault on Yemen’s sovereignty, and an extension of the escalating Zionist arrogance in the region.

It expressed its full solidarity with brothers in Yemen, appreciating “the insistence of the Yemeni people, their armed forces, and our brothers in Ansar Allah to continue supporting our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, especially in light of the escalation of the brutal extermination campaign against them.”

Hamas called on Arab and Islamic countries, the international community, and its institutions to assume their responsibilities in curbing the unbridled aggression of the Zionist enemy and its war criminal leaders, and to take immediate action to stop its brutal aggression against the Palestinian people and its continued threat to the security and stability of the region and its peoples.
