SANAA, Aug. 28 (YPA) – The Israeli news website “Ynet” has revealed that a security official in the Aden government loyal to the Saudi-led coalition provided direct advice to the Israeli entity, urging it to change its military approach in targeting the capital, Sanaa.
According to the report, the official recommended that the Israelis focus on targeting Houthi “leaders” instead of abandoned sites, such as the Presidential Palace, which he noted the Houthis had vacated years ago.
These statements follow Israeli airstrikes on Sanaa that caused damage to vital facilities.
Observers view this direct communication with an Israeli media outlet as a sign of unannounced normalization between the Aden government and “Israel,” reflecting a convergence of security and political interests between the two sides.
