Netanyahu: Hamas still threatens Israel, and we reject establishment of Palestinian state

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Aug. 10 (YPA) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reiterated, on Sunday, his “categorical rejection of the establishment of a Palestinian state, accusing the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas of continuing to pose a direct threat to Israel.”

In statements, Netanyahu said that “Hamas still has thousands of militants inside the Gaza Strip and is still working to threaten Israel’s security,” noting that “its doctrine is based on the complete destruction of Israel.”

Netanyahu accused the Palestinian Authority of “seeking to reduce the area of Israel’s lands through international organizations first, and then launch devastating strikes later,” adding that “the authority instills these concepts in the minds of students in schools.”
