Death toll of Zionist aggression on Gaza rises to 61,369 martyrs, 152,850 injured

GAZA, Aug. 09 (YPA) – The death toll from the genocidal crime committed by the Israeli aggression in the Gaza Strip rose, on Saturday, to 61,369 martyrs and 152,850 injuries since October 7, 2023, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.

In its daily report, The Gaza Health Ministry stated that 39 martyrs and 491 injuries arrived at the Strip’s hospitals during the past 24 hours.

It noted that the death toll and injuries since March 18, 2025, until today has reached 9,862 martyrs and 40,809 injuries.

Many victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them until now, the ministry added.
