US security official reveals serious violations of GHF in Gaza

GAZA, July 23 (YPA) – A former US security officer who worked at so-called “US-Israeli aid distribution centers” in the Gaza Strip have revealed serious violations the so-called “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation” (GHF)’s committing against Palestinian civilians.

The former security official told international media outlets described these centers as “death traps” rather than relief points.

He affirmed that the Foundation concealed its humanitarian work, but in reality, it is a security front driven by American and Israeli intelligence agendas, pointing to incidents of direct shooting of Palestinians inside the centers by American security personnel, as well as racist behavior and deliberate abuse of besieged civilians.

Human rights sources described this testimony as “conclusive evidence” of the criminal nature of this organization, which lacks even the most basic standards of neutrality and independence in humanitarian work and flagrantly violates international humanitarian law by endangering civilians and exploiting their needs in conditions of forced displacement.

Human rights organizations demanded an immediate halt to the GHF’s activities in the Strip, allowing independent, impartial, and transparent UN and international organizations to operate.

They also called for an urgent international investigation into the GHF’s practices and for all those involved in the documented violations and crimes within aid distribution centers to be held accountable.

Human rights groups also hold the Israeli occupation and the US administration fully responsible for these violations, as they are the parties supporting and operating these centers, which have become sites of repression and danger rather than a humanitarian haven for besieged Palestinians.
