Civil Defense teams put out fire in carpentry workshop in Sanaa

SANAA, July 12 (YPA) – Civil Defense teams were able, on Saturday, to extinguish a fire that broke out in a carpentry workshop belonging to citizen Kamel Qasim Al-Sharabi, on Al-Ribat Street next to Al-Razi University in Ma’in district of Sanaa province.

A statement issued by the Civil Defense Authority confirmed that the teams were able to contain the flames, control the fire, and prevent it from spreading to neighboring shops without recording any human losses and the damage was limited to some material property inside the workshop.

The Civil Defense Authority renewed its call to all official bodies, public and private sector institutions, and citizens to adhere to public security and safety procedures and requirements to preserve lives and property and reduce risks, accidents, and emergencies.
