Two people killed, two wounded in Israeli strikes on Lebanon

BEIRUT, June 28 (YPA) – Two people were killed on Saturday and two others, including a woman, wounded in an Israeli airstrike on southern Lebanon, in a new violation of the ceasefire agreement.

The Emergency Operations Center of the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health said in a statement that the Israeli occupation’s fighter jets waged an airstrike on a motorbike in the town of Mahrouna in the Tyre district in the south of the country, killing two people and wounding two others, including a woman.

earlier in the day, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced a Lebanese citizen was killed and two women were wounded in two separate Israeli airstrikes in the south of the country.
