WASHINGTON, June 26 (YPA) – US President Donald Trump defended Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the corruption case against him, describing Netanyahu as a “hero” and demanding that the case be dropped or he be pardoned.
Trump has entered the fray trying to save Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from the corruption case against him. In a statement posted on his “Truth Social” platform, Trump expressed his anger at Netanyahu’s appearance in court last Monday.
Trump said they had “seen hell together,” adding, “The United States saved Israel, and now we’re going to save Netanyahu!” He described the corruption case as a “so-called justice scandal.”
Trump’s statements sparked widespread controversy, as they were considered further evidence of the strong relationship and mutual interests between the Israeli entity and the United States, while also drawing ridicule from some quarters.
Declare Netanyahu, who is primarily responsible for the massacres in Gaza, a “hero,” according to Trump, further evidence of the extent of the Western concept of justice.
US President Trump’s statement about saving “Israel” indicates that the United States is entering the war on the side of the entity against Iran.
