GAZA, June 01 (YPA) – The director of Gaza’s ambulance and emergency services confirmed on Sunday that the Israeli occupation is preventing emergency teams from reaching the bombing site in western Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
He explained that rescuing the wounded from the Israeli bombardment in Rafah is extremely dangerous, as occupation forces are blocking ambulances from accessing the bombed area to provide aid to the injured.
He noted that some injured victims have been waiting for over half an hour for ambulances to arrive due to limited resources.
The director emphasized that there are not enough ambulances to deal with the continuous Israeli bombardment, while occupation forces deliberately target ambulances.
