107 Palestinians killed, 247 injured in fresh Israeli attacks

GAZA, May 23 (YPA) – About 107 civilians have been killed and 247 injured people in the Gaza Strip as a result of Israeli genocidal war within 24 hours, the Gaza-based Palestinian Ministry of Health reported on Friday.

The ministry confirmed in its report today that the death toll since March 18, 2025, has risen to 3,613 martyrs with 10,156 injured.

The Gaza Health Ministry announced at least 53,762 have been killed and 122,197 injured from the Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 7, 2023.

According to the health report, a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the streets, ambulances and civil defense teams can’t reached.
