Gaza’s hospitals receive 46 martyrs, 73 injured over past 24 hours

GAZA, May 13 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced, on Tuesday, that the death toll, of Israeli aggression on Gaza, has risen to 52,908, and the number of wounded to 119,721, in one of the bloodiest Zionist military campaigns.

The daily statistical report issued by the Ministry of Health stated that the Strip’s hospitals received 46 martyrs over the past 24 hours, including 31 martyrs as a result of direct shelling, 15 bodies pulled from under the rubble, and 73 wounded with varying injuries.

According to the ministry, the military operations of the occupation forces, which resumed at dawn on March 18, 2025, have resulted in 2,780 martyrs and 7,680 wounded to date, amid a significant escalation after negotiations for a permanent ceasefire faltered.

The ministry indicated that many victims are still under the rubble of destroyed homes or in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams are unable to reach them due to the ongoing shelling and the lack of necessary search and rescue equipment.
