Sanaa declares next Thursday official holiday

SANAA, April 29 (YPA) – Sanaa-based Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development declared on Tuesday that next Thursday, May 1, 2025, will be an official holiday on the occasion of International Workers’ Day.

In a statement, the ministry congratulated all employees of the state’s administrative apparatus units and the public and mixed sectors on this occasion.

It indicated this came based on Law No. 2 of 2000, Article No. 3, Paragraph No. 8, regarding official holidays and vacations.
