Gaza Health: Death toll from Israeli genocide crimes rises to more than 169,000 martyrs, wounded

GAZA, April 26 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced, on Saturday, that the death toll from the genocide waged by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip has risen to more than 169,000 martyrs and wounded since October 7, 2023.

The ministry said in its daily report: “56 martyrs, including 7 martyrs who were recovered, and 108 wounded arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals during the past 24 hours, as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.”

She confirmed that the death toll from martyrs and wounded since March 18, 2025, has reached 2,111 martyrs and 5,483 wounded.

Thus, the death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 51,495 martyrs and 117,524 wounded since October 7 of the year 2023 AD.

“A number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them,” she added.
