Iran confirms that it will respond forcefully to any aggression targeting its territory

TEHRAN, March 18 (YPA) – Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman, Esmail Baghaei said at a press conference in Tehran that Iran will respond with full force and determination to any attack targeting its territorial integrity or security.

Baghaei added that Iran will not publish the content of US President Donald Trump’s message to the media, noting that it will be responded to through relevant channels after the necessary discussions are concluded.

Baqaei explained that “what is being published in the media regarding the content of the letter is speculation, and is not far from the US President’s public statements,” noting that “this letter will be responded to appropriately after the review and investigation are completed.”

Trump revealed in a television interview that he wants to reach a new agreement regarding the Iranian nuclear program, and that he sent a letter to the leader of the revolution and the Islamic Republic of Iran, Sayyed Ali Khamenei, to achieve this goal.
