11 Israelis injured in dual attack of stabbing, ramming in Haifa
OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Feb. 27 (YPA) – A Palestinian on Thursday carried out a stabbing and ran-over operation deep within Israeli-occupied territory, resulting in injuries to 11 Israelis, including soldiers, in Haifa.
The assailant was killed in the process.
Israeli media reported a dual attack of stabbing and ramming near the Al-Khadira area in Haifa, leaving over 10 injured; one of them is in hopeless condition.
Israeli occupation police stated that the attacker drove several hundred meters after the ramming and later targeted an Israeli patrol.
In response to the incident, the Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas” hailed the operation, emphasizing that resistance efforts are continuing despite the occupation’s intensified security measures and actions.
The movement stated that this operation sends a clear message to the extremist government of the occupation entity and its ministers that resistance fighters and free revolutionaries in the West Bank, within occupied territories, and throughout all of Palestine remain steadfast in their cause and will not relinquish their rights.
Hamas called on the Palestinian people to remain steadfast, resist, and escalate the struggle by intensifying impactful operations within the occupied land until liberation and the return are achieved.
