Dozens of Zionist settlers desecrate Al-Aqsa Mosque

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Feb. 19 (YPA) – Zionist settlers, on Wednesday morning, desecrated the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem under heavy protection from the occupation forces.

The Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem reported that dozens of settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa courtyards in groups from the Maghariba Gate, carried out provocative tours, and performed Talmudic rituals and prayers and epic prostration in the eastern area of ​​the mosque.

The occupation forces impose strict security and military measures on the entry of worshipers into Al-Aqsa Mosque, and detain their personal IDs at its external gates.

Recently, settlers’ incursions and violations of the sanctity of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque have been escalating, while calls continue to intensify the number of people staying at the mosque as the holy month of Ramadan approaches to repel settlers’ attacks.
