Pro-Saudi military commander killed in Jizan

JIZAN, July 23 (YPA) – A military commander loyal to the Saudi-led coalition, in the so-called third Arooba Brigade, was killed in missile bombing of the Yemeni army in Jizan province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency on Monday.

Colonel Rasheed Ahmed Ghanim, the acting officer of the so-called Third Arooba Brigade, along with several of his companions were killed during a missile bombardment targeted gathering of coalition-backed militias off Jizan.

Meanwhile, the rocketry and artillery forces bombed gatherings of Saudi soldiers and their militias at Hajala and west of the site Sudais sites in Njaran province, killing and injuring dozens of them.
