Abu Obeida: Israeli strikes kill captive in Gaza after ceasefire deal

GAZA, Jan. 16 (YPA) – Spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Obeida, affirmed on Thursday the Israeli occupation targeted a location where one of its prisoners included in the expected deal was present.

“After announcing the ceasefire agreement, the enemy army targeted a place where one of the female prisoners of the first phase of the expected deal was located.” Abu Obeida said in a statement.

He added: “Any aggression and bombing at this stage by the enemy could turn the freedom of a prisoner into a tragedy.”
