Civilians injured in Abyan armed clashes

ABYAN, Jan. 15 (YPA) – Two civilians were injured on Wednesday in armed clashes erupted on Wednesday in Abyan province, south of Yemen.

Local sources affirmed that the clashes erupted in the Lawdar district of the coalition-backed armed factions.

The reasons for the outbreak of armed clashes have not been yet known, while the district is witnessing security chaos and armed clashes from time to time.
