Dozens of Israeli soldiers injured in Gaza battles

GAZA, Jan. 12 (YPA) – About two Israeli occupation’s soldiers were killed on Saturday and two others were seriously injured in the battles taking place in the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli media outlets said that the soldiers were targeted as a result of an explosive device explosion in the Strip.

The sources explained that an explosive device exploded earlier in the day forcefully by the occupation’s forces inside a tunnel in the Strip, killing two and injuring others.

In a related context, the Israeli media affirmed that the “army” evacuated 30 wounded during the day as a result of the counter-attacks in the Gaza Strip.

A few days ago, the Israeli occupation “army” acknowledged that the number of the Israeli soldiers have been killed since October 7, 2023, has risen to 828.

This came as the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip has continued to confront the Israeli occupation forces that have penetrated the Strip in precise military operations, inflicting the soldiers heavy casualties.
